Processing Time
We move fast so you get your order fast.
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Preorders
From time to time, we offer preorder items.
The estimated shipping date will always be listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once the item becomes available.
Preorder items must be purchased separately from in-stock items. If placed together, your order may be delayed or require adjustment.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5. We also run occasional free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, reach out to us.
All cases are handled individually and we will do our best to help find a solution.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it before it ships.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
A Note From Us
We are a small boutique and every order is packed with care. Many of our pieces are part of limited drops, so once they are gone, they are gone.
